Our cancellation and refund terms for all hire arrangements.
Standard Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund of the hire fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as a same-day cancellation and are non-refundable.
Weather Cancellations
Weather-related cancellations for yacht charters and jet ski hires are handled on a case-by-case basis. If conditions are deemed unsafe by the skipper or operator, a full reschedule or refund will be offered. If the client chooses to cancel due to weather that does not affect safety, standard cancellation terms apply.
Bond Refunds
Security bonds are pre-authorised on your credit card at the commencement of hire. Bonds are released within 5-7 business days of the asset being returned in its original condition. Any damage, excess cleaning, fuel shortages or late returns may result in partial or full bond deduction.

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact our team via email at info@luxuryrentalsaus.com or WhatsApp on 0491 465 084. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The time of the written request determines which cancellation tier applies.
